Read before paying
What your money buys, and what it does not.
Short version: you are buying position on a board. Nothing else.
The important one
Share of the board is visibility, not ownership
A payment buys a listing a slot on the board (which band, and so how big, follows the amount) and a place on the physical board while it holds one. That is all it does.
It does not give you ownership, equity, securities, tokens, a licence, a subscription, a stake, or any claim on the listed website, its company, or on us. It does not create a partnership or an endorsement in either direction.
Refunds
All payments are final, with one exception
If we turn a listing down in review, that payment is refunded in full. That is the only refund.
A payment is never removed, decayed, reset or returned because a rank changed, because someone out-paid you for your slot, or because you changed your mind. It is also not topped up: what you paid is what the listing holds, and being out-paid drops it to whatever that amount still holds.
No guarantees
We promise no traffic, impressions or uptime
We do not guarantee any level of traffic, impressions, views, clicks, conversions, revenue, availability or uptime, on either the web board or the physical one. We do not guarantee any particular rank, tile size or position on the board, and all of those can change at any moment because someone else paid.
We do not guarantee the physical board will be built by any date, or that any specific listing will appear on it.
Independence
Not affiliated with any billboard operator
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any billboard operator, outdoor advertising company, or landowner. Any operator we work with to run a physical board is a supplier to us, not a party to your payment.
Content rules
What gets turned down
Every listing is reviewed before it appears. We refuse:
- adult content
- gambling
- weapons
- hate or harassment
- scams, phishing or deceptive offers
- malware
- speculative token and pump-and-dump promotion
- anything a billboard operator would refuse to put on a roadside sign
We can remove a listing at any time if it turns out to break these rules or if the site changes after review. Payments on a listing removed for breaking the rules after it went live are not refunded.
Other people's names
Listed brands belong to their owners
Names, logos and icons shown on the board belong to their respective owners. A listing is not an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation. If your site is listed and you want it gone, email support@brandmybillboard.com and we will remove it.

Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. $25 buys a tile on a board with 32 billboard slots. Only pay if that is a thing you want.
